Izrada investicijskih programaInvestment study is a study used by an entrepreneur to prove in details that a certain investment (to be financed from entrepreneur’s or other means) is economically justified. Mostly, it is done when asking for a business bank loan or when preparing a presentation to business partners.

When creating a business plan, it must be checked if the investment is justified as the plan requires a detailed analysis of investment and business costs, a detailed analysis of forming the total income/profit. Moreover, a number of methods should be used in this process. Besides, the plan includes a detailed market analysis, technological and technical, locational, organizational as well as economic and financial analyses to check if investment in new objects or reconstruction is justified and acceptable. Investment study is done if the necessary means for the project implementation amount to more than HRK 700,000.00.
