Maneo d.o.o. was founded in 2010 with the aim of providing specialist services in financial and operational restructuring.
Since 2012, we have specialised in managing pre-bankruptcy proceedings, becoming a leading consulting firm in the Republic of Croatia. We have participated in more than 70% of all pre-bankruptcy proceedings from 2012 to date, with more than 1,000 successfully completed cases.
Our expertise, professional approach and negotiation capabilities have resulted in settlements being reached in as many as 94% of cases.v

Founder and Director
SaÅ”a RenduliÄ, Master of Economics, is the founder and director of Maneo d.o.o., with more than 18 years of experience in restructuring, finance and business reorganisation. During his career, he worked in several companies that were members of the Agrokor Group, where he carried out restructuring, reorganisation and operational optimisation. He was responsible for managing teams of more than 250 employees and led key departments such as finance, accounting, sales, human resources, logistics and production.
SaÅ”a RenduliÄ graduated in economics with the thesis "Restructuring of Hrvatski Telekom" and earned a master's degree in accounting and finance with the thesis "The Master Budget as a Tool for Business Performance". He is currently a doctoral candidate at the Faculty of Economics. Throughout his professional development, he has completed numerous specialist training programmes, including negotiation, finance, business standardisation and other business skills, enabling him to integrate contemporary knowledge into everyday practice.

He is a member of INSOL Europe and the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), international organisations that bring together specialists in restructuring and corporate recovery.
His experience includes restructuring large systems and organisations, negotiating with financial institutions, government authorities and key creditors, and implementing cost-reduction programmes and business process optimisation.

Our team consists of 15 permanently employed, highly qualified professionals, including economists, lawyers, attorneys, auditors and accountants. All our employees have many years of experience in business advisory and corporate restructuring.
